An existing four-bedroom, single family residence will be
remodeled into a duplex. Unit No. 1 will have 1 bedroom, 1 1/2
Oaths, living room, office, kitchen, dining room and laundry
room. Unit £~o.2 will have 2 bedrooms, i bath, living room,
kitchen and dining room. Renovations will occur only on the
first floor of the existing residence. No building additions are
planned for the duplex conversion.
There are sev..~ral existing duplexes in the same neighborhood.
DLVELOPMENT SCIiEDULE
Renovations will be completed by September 1, 1987.
