Victor 428 W. 4th Avenue Anchorage, Alaska 99501 Dear Mr. Victor: This Department has no objection to the issuance of a liquor license for the proposed Skier's Lodge to be constructed on Lot 6, Block 5, Alyeska Subdivision, ~North Addition ~3. The preliminary plans submitted show the majority of the lot is covered by the building or parking lot and very little space remains in which to place a sewer system. Sewage disposal in this area is very difficult because of soil conditions and water tables. This office will require engineered plans for the water supply and sewage disposal systems prior to the land use permit being issued. Detailed plans will also be required for the kitchen and bar to include equipment type, location and plumbing. We will be pleased to meet with your engineer and architect to discuss this project.
