ATKINS and IMOGENE ATKINS, husband and wife, for and in consideration of the payment of $1.00 in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and o~%er~valuable consideration, do hereby convey and warrant unto NANCY WALLACE~ a married woman, Grantee, and to her heirs and assigns forever, all of the following described real property: Lot Two (2), Block Two (2) of the ATKINS ~UBDIVI£ION. according to the official plat thereof, filed under Pla~ Number 69-142, Records of the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska. SUBJECT TO: Easements, restrictions and reservations of record. FURTHER SUBJECT TO: A Deed of Trust, including the terms and provisions thereof, dated November 27, 1968, executed by GEORGE E.
