II-A Collecotr. A note should be placed on the plat
prohibiting direct vehicular access. A subdivision
agreement is also required for street name signs and
traffic control devices.

a. to construct Evergreen St. to rural peripheral stan-
dards
b. for street name signs and traffic control devices.
4. Resolving drainage and drainage easements with Public
