Robinson, Civil Engineer, On-site Services Department of Health and Human Services //~/L Request for Comments on Subdivision(s) July 16, 1993 The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section, of the Department of Health and Human Services has reviewed the following cases and has these comments: S-9422: Lot 28A Block 16 Castle Heights Subdivision No objection. S-9423: Lots 2B-l, 2B-2 Atelier Subdivision %1 1. Data and information must be provided by the engineer regarding the minimum reserved space on each proposed lots for the original and two replacement on-site wasterwater disposal systems as defined and required in AMC 15.65.180.A and B. 2. The required 100 foot setback from the south fork of Campbell Creek must be shown. Information must also be provided which shows that the drainage easement along the common lot line between Lots 2B-1 and 2B-2 is strictly a seasonal drainage associated with specific local rainfall or snowmelt events, and not to be considered as surface water. If the drainage easement is for surface water then a 100 foot setback must be delinated. 3i.Ground water monitoring must be continued and reported on soil test holes ~1, 2, 3, and 4 through the seasonal high ground water period in October.
