1. S-5396 Barclay City Subdivsion, Block 1, Lots 1-8~.
The plat was approved subject to:
1. Providing an acceptable ROW permit from Chugach
State Park Department.
2. Dedicating a 50' ROW on Lots 1-8 and dedicating
a 50' ROW with a cul-de-sac on the southern
boundary.
3. Resolving with State Parks, Public Works and
Planning the construction of peripheral and
access roads.
4. Providing a 25' creek maintenance easement.
5. Resolving utility easements.
6. Obtaining a variance for width to depth ratio
and a waiver of road construction standards.
