Dear Mr. Ovitt:
This is 'to advise that the building inspections you requested on the
referenced property have been completed, as indicated on the attached
reports. When we first attempted to perform the inspections on Monday,
December 7, 1974 we found the houses locked and a dog guarding the
premises. Our inspectors have strict orders not to enter a locked
structure or unattended structure nor are they to enter property
protected by a dog without the owner being present.
Following your call to Mr. Richard, Bowlus on Tuesday, December 10, 1974;
arrangements were made for completion of the inspections this date.
The field inspection reports.indicate the inspections were conducted at
about 10:30 a.m. today. The house that has been sheetrocked can be
energized with power. Once the power is hot, please call for an elec-
trical inspection.

Y
At this time the Borough will issue building permits to complete the
construction of each of the buildings. The permits must be obtained
prior to the resumption of any work. Upon completion of the remaining
work and passage of a final inspection, the Borough wilq certify the
buildings as completed as safe for occupancy. If you wish to make any
alterations or deviations from the approved plans on file in this office,
it will be necessary .for you to submit a change order showing the
proposed change. All change orders must be approved by this department
and noted on the approved construction prior to the alteration being ma6e.
This department will require in addition to those items reflected On the
original approved plans, the installation of smoke detection devices approved
by the Borough Fire Marshal. For more detailed information on this item,
please contact Mr. Ross Fosberg, the Fire Marshal here in the Building
Division offices.
Attached for your information are copies of today's inspection reports.
