The residence on Lot 1 of Sund Subdivision is connected to a cesspool located in the right-of-way on Duben Road. This lot fronts a sewer main on Oklahoma Street and is required by GAAB Ordinance to be connected to the public sewer system. Since the cesspool is in the dedicated right-of-way, the cesspool must be removed in a manner described in Section 50, Article 12o1~ of the Standard Specifications, City of Anchorage, Greater Anchorage Area Borough, February, 1974. This will allow the water main to be constructed in accordance with standard locations. Construction of this water main is scheduled for July - August~ 1974.
