We find that th'ese plans meet with all conditions with whici~ this Department is concerned. 'Je note that on manilole SA-q you are ~aking s~ecial precautions to insure ti)~~ watertight integrity of ti~is manhole since it is witi)in the 80° radius of ~he well si gJ)t. We do have som~: concern, ho~:ev(.~r, on Lot l, Block 2, King Subdivision where your aerial p, hoto shows a rather large apartmen'~ house. This apartment house, b~cause of its location~ is served by a well ~hich would be also classed semi-public Class "A". Our records do not indicate t,yhere this ~ell is located and we are unable to contact owner of the apartment house. We would advise you that prior to the construction of the sewer line down ~adine Place, t)~is exact well location s~ould be known so that the~proper design of the se~,,,er line can be used.
