The Environmental Services Division, On.-site Services Section,
of the Department of Health an Human Services has reviewed
the following cases and has these comments:

Pleasant Valley Subdivision
No objection.
S-9379:
T12N R3W Section 15 Lot 77
Currently this lot is undeveloped. This office
has an open permit issued to the petitioner of the
subject plat to construct an on-site wastewater
disposal and water well on the lot in question.
Because there is no development on the lot, this plat
application does not meet minimum requirements of
15.65.180(]3) which allows a lot under 40,000
square feet to be replatted.

Vacation of Right-of-Way
For
Lot 77, Section 15, T-12-n, R-3-W, SM.
We propose to vacate the North 20 feet of the 50 foot road Right-
of -.Way of 98th Avenue along the south side of Lot 77,in Section 15,
Township 12 North, Range 3 West , Seward Meridian. This will allow
the owner of said lot to locate his housE; in a more desirable building
location. The width of his proposed house would crowed the side
yard set backs for the R6 zoning. 98th Avenue has not been
constructed along lots 77,78;83,and 84 at [his time. Lots 74A and
79A of Kranch Subd. has been granted 20' off of 98th Ave. 380 feet
west of said lot 77.
