Schuller September 30, 2022, and previous discussions with MOA staff and available information —the assumed closest portion of the existing trench was measured at approximately 97.4' to the adjacent property's well on Lot 59. The existing concrete tank also encroached the subject property's well and the newly installed improved HDPE tank does too and was measured at approximately 98.2' to the well on Lot 60A. We are therefore requesting a waiver to 96' between the referenced well on Lot 59 and assumed property's septic field and 97' from the new HDPE septic tank and existing 1250 concrete septic tank be granted at this time. Granting of this waiver is justified in the fact that the attached CAN water samples show little nitrate influence, the newly installed HDPE tank is of higher material quality than the decommissioned old steel septic tank and that this field and concrete tank – septic system has been in operation for around 40+ years with no known side effects.
