Dear,~. Pratt Pursuant to our telephone conversation of May, 24, 1973, this is to advise you of the conditions relative to the possibility of ground water existing within four feet of depth from the bottom of the newly implaced cesspool on the above referenced lot. Directly to the north of the lot is a large open pit from which gravel has been extracted. Directly to the south of the lot is a bluff which falls off to Huffman road. The Material in which the sewage disposal system is set is a very clean, coarse, well draining sandy gravel. These conditions of topography and soil preclude any possibility of near-surface grotmd water. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me. -Thank you.
