Two test holes were excavated and found poorly graded silty gravels (GM) for the entire depth with no water observed during excavation or after the 7 -day monitoring period. This matches the conditions observed during the excavation of two previous test holes that were completed on this lot by Mike Anderson and previously submitted as part of an approved septic and well permit. The previously permitted well was installed the septic system was not installed by the previous owner. The lot was purchased last year by my brother Benjamin Bailey and myself. Our plan is to subdivide the lot and build two houses. The proposed future house layout and property subdivision is outlined in the attached figures. The new septic system will consist of a new plastic 1500 gallon tank and will be installed with a gravity flow narrow trench system, see the attached site plan. The perc rate was 20 minutes. The lot slopes to the northwest at about 2 to 3 percent grade with no cut slopes or standing water within 100 feet of the site. This new system will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors.
