Two test holes were excavated and found poorly graded silty gravels (GM) for the entire depth with no water observed during excavation or after the 7 -day monitoring period. This matches the conditions observed during the excavation of two previous test holes that were completed on this lot by Mike Anderson and previously submitted as part of an approved septic and well permit.
