Re: Percolation Test in the immediate vicinity of new Modern

Gentlemen:
Pursuant to your request and in conjunction with a sewage disposal
system recommendation, we have conducted a percolation test on
the above-described property. The test was performed in the
sandy gravel fill just adjacent to your building foundation and in
close proximity to your absorption field location. The test was
conducted according to the requiremonts of ~he Greater Anchorage
Area Borough Health Department.
We conclude that due to the excellent quality Of'the sandy gravel
fill that these materials will be excellent for a sewage disposal
medium.
The required time for percolation in a six inch by twelve inch test
pit was less than 30 seconds.
