We recommend this be a portion of the subdivision agreement. 10) S 318~ Adamsville Subdivision Public sewer and water is available for extension to all lots when this area is further subdivided. 11) S 3186 12) S 3201 BLM Lot 67 Cassandra Lea Subdivision Public sewer and water should be provided to all lots in the subdivision via subdivision agree~rent. We question the suitability of soils in this area for development due to obvious surface drainage problems. 13) S 3196 Spenard Lake Park Subdivision Public sewer and water is available to this lot. 14) S 3193 15) S 3200 Lot 2C, Duncklee Subdivision The building on this lot is served by public sewer and water. Spenard Heights Subdivision The note on the plat is adequate for the present time. Lots are served by community water system and will be served by public sewer in the coming year. At this time, however, we request the protective radii around tile community well be shown and the notes recorded on the plat prior to the filing of the plat. OTHER CASES: 16) S 3187 Wayne Sabdivision Public water is available on Doris Street. Public sewer is available on Wayne Place. We recommend that public water be made available to all lots and public sewer be made available to Lot # l, via subdivision agreement. 17) S 3195 Gold Pan Estates Subdivision This case would meet with our approval only if the highwL~, right-of-way can be used to locate private wells. Tile engineers are ~;rking on pro- viding this information to our Department but, as of ti~is date, this information is not available. Should this right-of-way not be useable then the northern most lot, which notv is some 40,800 square feet,would not be a suitable lot for development. This matter may be resolved prior to the meeting of October 18, by having the engineers provide this data to our Department.
