The request for a Health Authority approval was ~nade this week.
An on site revealed that the };ell next door at the beauty
parlor is beto%; ground level. A portable toilet is also
located on the south side of the building. A stan~ pipe was
also indicated as a septic tank - "this could be a holding
tank".
