Subject: T13N R3W Section 28 Lot 14
Approval can not be granted on the above subject property,
for the following reasons:
(1) The sewer system does not have a septic tank.
(2)
There are two(2) cesspools on the property. The
first one being less than the required one-hundred(100)
foot separation between well and a leaching area. The
second cesspool was not located and will need to be,
so that we can determine if the separation between it
and the well is adequate.
(3) The well is in a cement pit with the casing below grom~d
level.
In order for'you to get approval on the subject property,
the following must be completed:
(1)
Install~ a 1,000 gallon septic tank, fifty(50) feet
from your well.
(2) Cave in. and abandon the cesspool nearest the well. Cave
in and abandon the second cesspool if it is within
one-hundred(100) feet of the well.
(3)
If the second cespool is one-hundred(100) feet or more
from the well, it should have an adequacy test performed.

(4) If the adequacy test does not meet this department's
criteria, an upgrade of the system will be required.
(5) The well casing must be extended twelve(12) inches
above ground level.
