Subject: Request for inspection for Sewer and Water
on Lot 12, Section 26, T12N, R3W.
Facilities
Dear Miss Jerde:
An inspection of the subject lot revealed that the well was
located in a pit. Before this Department's approval of the
well could be given for a VA or FHA or Convent~ona Loan
the well casing would need to be extended above ground,
and the pit filled in with dirt. A pitless adapter-would
be needed on the well if there is not one on the well at present.
Although the sewer system is functioning satisfactorily and
the proper distances to the well are maintained, it appears
that Borough Sewer is available to your house and therefore
you would need to connect to the sewer before our approval
could be given for the sewer facilities.
