our files.

Eklutna, Inc., (hereinafter Eklutna) has delivered
a Statutory Quitclaim Deed conveying to MARGARET KUPHALDT
(hereinafter Occupant) the surface estate in the following
described real property pursuant to Section 14(c) (1) of the
Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (hereinafter AN~sA) and
the policy established by the Eklutna stockholders:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of
SE 1/4/Section 24, T.16 N., R~i W., S.M.,
and in the Anchorage Recording District, Third
Judicial District, State of Alaska, and more
particularly described as follows:
,Commencing at the section corner common to
Sections 24 and 25 of .T.16 N., R. 1 W., and to
Sections 19 and 30, T.16 N., R.1 E.; thence
north along the section line common to such
Sections 19 and 24 a distance of 196.97 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence along
the section line common to such Sections 19 and
24 north a distance of 328.68 feet; thence
east a distance of 200 feet; fhence north a
distance of 200 feet; thence west a distance
of 200 feet to a point on the section line
common to such Sections 19 and 24; thence
S. 81° 31' 16" W a distance of 192.46 feet
to a point oh the easterly right-'6f-way line
of the existing Glenn Highway; thence S.
32° 32' 38" w. along the easterly right-of-way
line of the existing Glenn Highway a distance
of 523.49 feet; thence east a distance of
509.62 feet to the section line common to such
Sections 19 and 24 and the true point of beginning;
containing 5.00 acres more or less.

The Occupant recognizes that the Property is par%
of a larger parcel conveyed to Eklutna by Patent Nuttier
~ . The Occupant recognizes that Patent Number ~-Q-
has not been recorded and will not be recorded pending
resolution of the dispute between Eklutna and the United
States Government concerning certain reservations and limita-
tions contained in Patent Number~Z).~
The Occupant understands and agrees that the
Property may be a larger tract than the Occupant occupied
