4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather
shall be either:

b. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing

RE: SEPTIC SYSTEM UPGRADE PERMIT
LEGAL: T15N R2W SEC 25 LOT 125A – 15536 HUSKY STREET, EAGLE RIVER
The property owner has requested we obtain a permit to upgrade the failed septic system of the
above referenced lot. We propose to remove all biomat & replace the existing absorption field,
by adding MOA sand to 6.5’ below original grade and per the proposed design install one
shallow trench and 1000-gallon HDPE deep-burial septic tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom
residence.
The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on October 8, 2024. Groundwater was not
observed at testhole excavation but was at monitoring. Per manufactures specs and site
conditions, the tank may need to be anchored for buoyancy.
The slopes are moderate at 0-5% at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served
by private water. ALL property lines, easements & well radius must be staked prior to
construction. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties. Please contact us if
