We propose to remove all biomat & replace the existing absorption field, by adding MOA sand to 6.5’ below original grade and per the proposed design install one shallow trench and 1000-gallon HDPE deep-burial septic tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on October 8, 2024. Groundwater was not observed at testhole excavation but was at monitoring. Per manufactures specs and site conditions, the tank may need to be anchored for buoyancy. The slopes are moderate at 0-5% at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water. ALL property lines, easements & well radius must be staked prior to construction. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
