The existing septic tank will be removed in accordance with the code and replaced with a 1000‐gallon or larger new septic tank in accordance with the code. The existing foundation cleanout will be inspected and reused if found to be in good working condition. If not, they will be replaced in accordance with the code. A new double cleanout will be installed within 10 feet of the septic tank outlet in accordance with the code.
