Arriving at the property, we noted a trench that had been dug and drain tile that was installed in the trench. ¥';e talked to three(3) people there, one being the brother of the property owner. We informed them that they should at~p any further construction until a permitwas issued. We checked our files and a permit had not been issued prier to our contact with these people. The brothe~ thought that a permit had been issued. We came back later in the afternoon and the trench was still open and apparently no further construction took place. Bullock Construction equipment wasoon the site. lm-18-77 Cory Willis inspected the property. There was no one at the property. He took three(3) pictures and gave me a memo. See attached. 10-25-77 Visited property, talked to Yvonne Coop~ro She thought there was a permit taken out and indicated the sewpr system had been installed. She vol%mtarlly gave u~ the legal description of the property. 10-24-77 ~e fo~q~ the well ~n the property and it measured seventy-five(7~) feet from the end of tho seepage trenoh.
