Dear Sirsl
Regarding my well permit # 790485.
While drlltlng this well last fall, the driller broke
the casing about sixty two feet down. Because the weather was
gettinf~ cold at the time, he and I elected to abandon this
attempt until this coming spring, when we will attempt to pull
the casln6 and start over again.
£~rior to doin6 this I will come by your office and obtain
a new well and sew~r permit.
I hope this answers your ::n~estions, and I'm sorry I didn't
contact you sooner.
