The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section,
of the Department of Health and Human Services has reviewed
the following cases and has these comments:
S-9132:
Lots 1, 2 Walter Subdivision ~- ~ _.~
Prior to final plat, we will require that the_
log home be connected to public sewer. The ~ - ~
existing on-site wastewater system must be
properly abandoned and the abandonment
certified to DHHS by an engineer~ The existing
well may be continued in use. Public sewer must
be utilized for Lot 2.

Lots 6A, 8A Block K Knik Heights Subdivision
We have complete records for both developed
parcels; the development will not increase
density and will increase the lot sizes. No
objection.
