RE: Mt. Manor Subdivision
Dear Stan:
This letter is written to confirm your discussion of
the morning of September 14, 1982, with Mr. William
Hagmaier.
As per our discussion, you will find attached a copy of
the topographical survey for this subdivision. On each of
the lots, a large area in excess of 10,000 square feet has
been shown as the areas intended for the septic systems. As
can be seen, the maximum slope across these areas is 25%.
This slope by your agency's standards is applicable for on-
site septic systems. The well-graded gravelly soils that
exist on these two lots will provide an excellent receiving
soil for the deep-trench septic systems.
I hope this topo map will alay your fears of the slope
on these two lots, and that your signed approval to the plat
will be forthcoming. If you have any further questions
regarding this subdivision, please feel £ree to call me at
