Water analysis report for total coliform bacterial In addition to the above information the well was inspected and found to be equipped with an adequate sanitary seal and that all. ~i~es are in conduit. The ground around the well casing adequately slopes away from the well. A well flow yield or production test was performed and it was determined that the well will provide the minimum requirements of 0.104 gallons per minute per bedroom. However, the well cannot be guaranteed against subsequent reduction in flow or failure. An inspection of the on-site waste water disposal system revealed that the clean-outs instal~edl, in September of 1983 are visible and equipped with adequate air tight seals. The horizontal distances between 'the on~s~'te waste water disposal system and the well exceed the 100 foot minimum requirenents established by code.
