The existing field is apparently encroaching groundwater and will be abandoned in place. We propose to install two shallow trenches with a 1500-gallon deep-burial HDPE STEP tank to serve the existing 4-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on January 23, 2025. No groundwater was observed at test hole excavation but was at monitoring. The area also shows groundwater levels and if deemed necessary the tank will be anchored for buoyancy concerns. The slopes are moderate at 0-5% at the proposed upgrade location.
