DHHS will require the following:
1. Provide information on water availability. We
have a well log for Lot 2A Block 1 in our file.
2. Provide appropriate drainage plan which addresses
possible impacts to on-site sewer systems.
3. Show 100 foot separation setback to the pond on
Lot 2A Block 1; show 100 foot separation setback
to stream which crosses plat.
4. Provide soil tests which are stamped and signed
by the engineer.
5. Provide water monitoring results. :
We recommend this plat be postponed for the above
information.
Huntwood Park Subdivision, Tract A-1
The existing single family dwelling and the duplex are
currently served by undocumented on-site wastewater
disposal systems and wells. We have requested
information on these systems but as yet have received
nothing. DHHS requests that this plat be postponed
until the petitioner supplies the missing information.
Pioneer North Subdivision No objection.
Lots 2A - 17 Browdevore Subdivision
Extend public water and sewer to all lots.
Southport Subdivision ~2
