During our initial inspection we could only find the septic tank cleanout, one crib cleanout, and what is believed to be the seepage pit cleanout. There were several sets of double cleanouts present, which Wilco Contractors used (via a sewer/drain subcontractor) to inspect the sewer lines between the tank, crib/s, and seepage pit. In short, the seepage pit alone is adequate in size to serve the residence.
