Stevenson 2626 Abbott Road Anchorage, Alaska 99507 Subject: Sharing of Conm~unity Well and Neighboring lots for Sewage Disposal The Department of Health and Environmental Protection has no objection to Lot 1 and Lot 2 Block 2 Summit Estates Subdivision sharing a Class "C" public well located on Lot 1. The existing absorption field serving the duplex on Lot 1 is located on Lot 2. Further development of Lot 2 for a private residence will require easements to ensure areas set aside for sewer systems serving Lot 1. The N 1/3 of Lot 2 should serve Lot 1 and the S 1/3 could serve Lot 2 with a residence located in the middle of the lot. If there are any further questions, please call this office at 264-4720.
