Control Officer Hyers Construction Pending Court Case t. 2 B2 Skyline 8/29/78 Curt Carr6~der, Sun Realty-69q-2509, came into the office for a loan application on the above lot. L282 is one of the soils tests ill question. The Hyers Construction Co. sold the property to Bill Bangs, Clarey Insurance Agency -276-5454, on an occupancy agreement. Hyers had previously owned the lot and rented it out for a year. Carrender is in the process of clearing the title and requesting that we approve the loan papers. Les advised me not to process any approval and to advise Carrender of the situation. Carrender has to at some point explain tile delay to ;!yers, and time is runnihg out. I referred him the Ken rtorman's office, but due to a deadline that Ken has ~o meet Carrender and I have been unable to contact Ken for advice. 91-010 (4/76)
