The existing 1977 absorption field is also encroaching groundwater. We propose to install one mounded bed and an anchored epoxy steel 1500-gallon STEP tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on March 14, 2025, with sieve analysis. Groundwater was observed at test hole excavation & monitoring. The slopes are flat at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
