Lot 54 Dear Sir: An inspection of the subject property revealed the well serving the residence is located 90' from the neighbors seepage pit standpipe. A distance of 100' to the seepage pit edge is required, therefore, this department cannot approve the well. The sewer system serving this property is failing and must be routinely pumped. This department will not grant any type of approval on the sewer system. Public sewer borders the property, however, the 14unicipal Assembly has placed a moratorium on connecting 'to the line.
