Dear Mr. Robinson:
We are replatting the above-referenced lots as part of the Lake Otis
Parkway road improvements. Two of the conditions of approval for the
plat (Nos. 2 and 9), require in part that the need for sewer and water
services be resolved with the Department of Health and Human Services
(DHHS).
The Lake Otis Parkway project does include improvements to sewer and
water adjacent to Lots lA and 2A. Please reference the attached
sections of the not yet executed design services contract between the
Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility and DOWL Engineers.
We are requesting your non-objection to resolution of the DHHS plat
approval conditions based on this letter of intent to meet those
conditions. Your "signoff" on these conditions, Nos. 2 and 9, will
allow the plat to be filed now as the sewer and water design progress-
es.

LAKE OTIS PARKWAY (TUDOR ROAD TO ABBOTT ROAD)
WATER AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
The Engineer shall prepare the necessary documents for
construction of public water and sanitary sewer improvements in
coordination with the street reconstruction of Lake Otis Parkway
from Tudor Road to Abbott Road. The engineering design services,
more specifically itemized in the following Scope of Work, shall
include provisions for the relocation, replacement, adjustments,
and/or removal of existing Owner facilities, and the placement of
new facilities at the following locations.
