Irish's Taxidermy; Building Permit Number 790
Mr. Irish McGuril contacted this Department approximately
6/15/72. He was going to be putting in a taxidermy shop at
the subject location.
Because of the exceedingly hiqh water table and poor soils
he was advised to use chemical toilets and haul drinking water.
He was not overly pleased with this answer but agreed to this
until the Borough constructed their proposed trunk line. He
was advised that he then could drill a well and connect to
sewer.
Mr. McGuril again contacted this Department on June 26, 1972
asking for a permit for a holding tank. He said he had a change
of plans and was going to be living at the taxidermy shop. He
was advised of our Department's policy on holding tanks and that
under his particular circumstances a permit 'For a holding tank
could not be issued.
The reasons as explained to Mr. McGuril were:
1)
2)
3)

ing system which had failed.

may not be available next year.
