To whom it may concern:
This is a request for a waiver between the garage foundation (no crawlspace) and the crib which is five feet away. The bottom of the garage footing is 4 feet below grade and does not impact the crib. This condition has existed for the past 50 years with no issues and the crib is outside the bearing area for the building.
Inspection of the pit found it was deeper (six feet) than the five feet per the MOA records. The new tank encroached into the crib area therefore we modified the area with a 5-foot separation. This will still allow the total crib area to be 368 square feet (66 feet perimeter x 5.5 feet deep), see site plan.
This waiver will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors, see the attached site plan.
