Three test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfields will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. We are proposing to install a 1500 gallon septic tank and a deep trench type drainfield. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. It is our opinion that an application rate of 1.2 gallons/day/ft2 should be used and that the insitu sandy soils will act as a sand filter. 2. TRENCH DESIGN: a.
