subject of your request as a condition of approval. Recommend
postponement of case until the suitable Soils and Percolation
Tests are submitted.

Bill:
Due to the existing weather conditions on site, we request
consideration be given to approving the preliminary plat
of the above subdivision subject to suitable soils analysis,
which will be ascertained as soon as it is possible to
negotiate the terrain. We anticipate this will be within
the next two months.
If it is possible to add this as a condition of approval,
we agree via this letter. Otherwise, it will be necessary
to askfor a post-ponement of the hearing date.
If you have any queStions, please don't hesitate to call.
