I inspected and approved the sewer installation on Lot lOOD, Ransom Subdtvieton. This department received a complaint from Duane Gorder who stated that the bank will not finance the building constructed on Lot lOOD as the title search revealed that no building was to be con- structed on this lot until such time public sewer and water were available to the lot. Mr. Gorder advised that he owns tile building and Mr. Grasse owns the lot.
