SPENARD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, LOTS 13A - 13C
The plat was approved subject to:
1. Resolving utility easements;
2. Resolving drainage and drainage easements with
'~Public Works Engineering;
Resolving the need for road improvements on
Logenberry Street with Public Works
Engineering and, if required, to be shared
jointly with the subdivision of lot 3 to the
east; and
Resolving well radii and the extension of
public utilities to these lots with the
Department of Health and Human Services and
Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility.
RANSON RIDGE SUBDIVISION, LOT 3A & 3B
The plat was approved subject to:
1. Resolving utility easements;
e
Resolving drainage and drainage easements with
Public Works Engineering;
Providing 35' of Right-of-way for Goldenview
Drive with the 5' development setback by a
note on the plat;
Providing soils test for lot 3A and, soils
septic and water information for lot 3B to the
Department of Health and Human Services; and
to resolve the adequacy of the soils infor-
mation in relation to topography for the uti-
lization of on-site septic systems; and
Resolving access with Traffic Engineering
(this may necessitate flagging lot 3B to
access internally to Ranson Ridge Road with
no direct vehicular access to Goldenview
Drive.
