The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section,
of the Department of Health an Human Services has reviewed
the following cases and has these comments:
S-9401:
College Village Subdivision
No objection.
S-9402: K.
Clark Subdivision
This office has as-built documents of the wastewater
system serving the existing home on this plat.
The plat meets minimum standards of AMC 15.65.180.D
providing a note is placed on the plat which
states, "the current three bedrooms in the existing
home on this plat may not be increased until public
sewer is extended."
S-9403:
Uplands Subdivision
Public water will be extended to serve this property.
No objection.
