The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section,
of the Department of Health an Human Services has reviewed
the following cases and has these comments:
S-9602:
Tracts A, B, C Knox Subdivision
Tract B needs a septic reserve area of 16,000
square feet for a percolation rate of'27 minutes
per inch per AMC 15.65.180.B.1. Setback to
Lake Barbara must be shown on Tract A and Tract
B. A well log must be submitted fom-, the
existing well on Tract C to document water
availability.
Ail existing on-site septic systems must be
shown on the plat and documented. All
structures must be located.

Tracts I1 - I5 and Lots 1 - 17 Block 5 Edgewater
No objections. Proposed subdivision will be
served by public sewer and water.

Dear Jerry,
We request the subdivision of the referenced property be heard by the Platting
Board on July 6, 1994, and request a field survey waiver be issued by the
Platting Board in accordance to Title 21.75.020.0.2.
Title 21.75.020. C.2 requirements have all been met:
Adequate physical and legal public access to a public highway or street
is provided by Eklutna Lake Road. Eklutna Lake Road is State Highway,
Route 55-61, with 50 foot of right-of-way each side of the center//ne. This
right-of-way was provided for in the Statehood Act.
Each parcel in the subdivision is greater than five acres in size and only
three parcels will be created.
The subdivision is for the sole purpose of finalizing the division of a
partnership.
No dedication of a street, alley, thoroughfare or other public area is
involved or required.
This property was previously platted in 1978 by aliquot parts (plat 78-149).

Attached is a revised well and septic site plan depicting the ex/sting and
proposed well sites and the septic reserve areas.
Test holes were excavated and percolation tests performed. The approximate
location of the test holes are located on the attached site plan. The monitoring
tubes w/thin the test holes have been checked and found to be dry.
We do not anticipate any adverse effects on neighboring properties by the
instal/at/on of the proposed septic reserve areas.
