Gibbons Dear Rolf: Attached is a print of 54-31 for subject subdivision, showing a proposed welt location on Lot 4, Block 2. This will be a 6" well, intended to serve 3 or 4 lots in the vicinity. We are requesting your approval of this location. If you concurr we will proceed with the preparation of a formal well protection easement document and record same. Roll Stri ' '~ ' Chief Sanitarian told DICKINSON-OSWALD & PARTN June 25, 1973 Mr. Rolf Strickland, Sanitarian Greater Anchorage Area Borough Department of Environmental Quality 3330 "C" Street Anchorage, Alaska Dear Rolf: On October 4, 1972, the Platting Board approved Dimond Ind~ u~s~t_rial Subdivision qS-2834) and Addition No. 1 of ~ ~sion (S-2331). Both plats were prepared by DICKINSON-OSWALD & PARTNERS and both adjoin each other adjacent to King Street. Addition No. 1 to King Subdivision was subsequently recorded on January 25, 1973, with a note reading "This subdivision, at the time of filing, is not served by public water and sewer fac- ilities. No on-site water and/or sewage facilities (including sewage holding tank designs) may be constructed without prior ap- proval of the G.A.A.B. Health Department. Construction of resi- dences will not be permitted until public water and sewer are available." The purpose of this letter is to request your written ap- proval to use this same note in the final plat of Dimond Indust- rial Subdivision.
