Dear Rolf:
On October 4, 1972, the Platting Board approved Dimond Ind~
u~s~t_rial Subdivision qS-2834) and Addition No. 1 of ~
~sion (S-2331). Both plats were prepared by DICKINSON-OSWALD &
PARTNERS and both adjoin each other adjacent to King Street.
Addition No. 1 to King Subdivision was subsequently recorded
on January 25, 1973, with a note reading "This subdivision, at
the time of filing, is not served by public water and sewer fac-
ilities. No on-site water and/or sewage facilities (including
sewage holding tank designs) may be constructed without prior ap-
proval of the G.A.A.B. Health Department. Construction of resi-
dences will not be permitted until public water and sewer are
available."
The purpose of this letter is to request your written ap-
proval to use this same note in the final plat of Dimond Indust-
rial Subdivision.
Thanki.ng you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
DICKINSON-OSWALD & PARTNERS
