We propose to install two shallow trenches and 1000-gallon HDPE tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on June 29, 2021. Groundwater was observed at test hole excavation or monitoring as noted on the attached soils log. Due to the groundwater observed, the existing field will be decommissioned in place per code. The slopes are moderate at 10-15% at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
