The septic tank will be removed and the crib will be decommissioned in place in accordance with the code. The proposed 4‐bedroom septic system is detailed on the design drawing. Waiver Request: There is limited space on the property for a septic system. As such, we are requesting the proposed drainfield be allowed to be within 8‐feet of a 4‐foot high 53% slope. The drainfield’s distribution pipe invert elevation will be approximately 1.8‐feet lower than the toe of the slope and as such is not anticipated to cause any effluent discharges onto the ground (daylighting). The proposed septic system, if constructed as designed; Will satisfy all code required horizontal distances except for the one discussed in the waiver request above, and all vertical separation distances, Will not cause any probable adverse impacts to adjacent properties, Will not negatively impact existing wells and septic systems on adjacent properties, Will not be adversely affected by potential drainage that could flow onto and off of the subject property.
