As I explained to you'then, we must require an upgrade since the ~ell serves a duplex, Tl~e gasing past be extended 12" above ground level and the pit backfilled. A sanitary.seal should be attached to the top of the casing. Thiswork must be accm~plished by August 15, 1974. Until this work is done we will disapprove the water system for loan approval purposes.
