Dear Mr. Pederson:
TO recap our telephone conversation today, the following
information is in'our files on. the above subject property.
In July 1977, the State Veteran's Administration requested
a health authority approval from this department. The septic
system type was unknown and since the owner did not meet
certain requirements, the approval was denied on August 3,
1.977.
Since the lot is now available for public sewer service, you
must connect up to the public sewer, per ordinance 15.65.030 C.
