Mr. Prasil & Ms. Fesler; This letter is in response to your concern over the presence of the subject septic system encroaching on the right-of-way of East 115 Ave. Having consulted with Mr. Brian Hall, of the Department of Public Works, this department is obliged to leave the subject septic system in place until such time as the street is upgraded to meet municipal standards. In your conversation to me you indicated that the driveway would be built along the northern half of the street right-of-way. There would seem little chance of encountering the septic system, which you indicated encroaches upon the southerly half of the street. However, should the system encroach to the extent that a driveway could not be built, abandonment would be necessary. - Should you have any questions or need further clarification please call my office at, 343-4744.
