This summer the owner does plan to develop this property. As I am sure you are aware, Seibu is constructing the Prince Hotel this year. This massive project is going to positively affect the land values in the area. We feel confident that Lahr will be a viable project and will be developed in 1992. Subsequent to those comments and hearings by the Platting Board and Planning and Zoning Commission~ the petitioner has revised the 10 lot subdivision into 8 lotso The applicant appears to have resolved the majority of the issues with the original subdivision proposals. They have a road design that is acceptable to the Department of Public Works. They have reduced the number of lots so that they now conform to the slope chart requirements of the subdivision regu- lations. They propose to strip pave the interior street which is in conformance with the standard practices in Girdwood. However, ~ they are proposing individual wells on suburban size lots.
