We have received new soil logs for the above property. These
logs include results of water monitoring for seven days. Our
comments may now be amended to reflect the receipt of these
logs and to request that prior to final plat the applicant
bring the illegal sewer system on Lot 1 into compliance with
current code.
We have no objection to the preliminary plat with this
stipulation.
